Here's how to start your wedding photography and videography experience:

  • Upon receiving your inquiry, we’ll contact you to schedule a discovery call. We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision and see if we are a good fit. After the call, we will send over your customized package proposal and reserve your date for a week.

  • If you decide we’re the right fit to capture your wedding day, you can sign the contract and pay the minimum retainer of $1,000. We accept different payment options and custom installment payment. Once that’s completed, your day is officially secured!

  • We are here to support you every step of the way. Feel free to ask us for advice and send your Pinterest or Instagram board. We love to see what you envisioned.

FAQs

  • We suggest reaching out as soon as you have your date. Luxury wedding photography in Southern California books up fast, especially for popular dates. Most of our couples secure our services 8-12 months before their wedding.

    But don't hesitate to contact us even if your date is closer, we might still have availability. The earlier you book, the more time we have to get to know you and plan for your perfect day.

  • Within a week after your session or wedding, you will receive a personalized gallery with your sneak peek photos that we personally selected so you can relive your day without having to wait weeks/months for your final photos & video. Teaser video are delivered within 6 weeks.

    Depending on the length of the session/wedding, we usually deliver around 50-100 photos per hour. Engagement session will receive their final gallery within 4 weeks, weddings within 6-8 weeks. Highlight video is up to 8-12 weeks.

  • No, and trust us when we say you wouldn’t want raw video footage. However for photo, if you are interested in receiving RAW photos, it is available with additional cost.

  • Don’t worry. We always try to make the process as lighthearted, fun and effortless as possible. We give prompts that makes you forget you are in front of the camera and focus on the moment with each other. We direct you on what to do to bring out genuine emotions to capture that sweet and candid moments.

  • Bryan and Greta are both lead photographers in Bryte Moments. If one of us is unavailable or have an emergency, you will still have either of us as a lead photographer for your wedding day. We also have a network of trusted photographers who we have worked with that we would reach out to as an associate or second photographers.
